LEATHER UPPER

The upper body leather is made with specially developed natural and metal-free tanning. This is why it decomposes in nature so much faster.

LEATHER LINING

The lining of the shoe is also treated with natural metal-free tanning, but in a soft beige color.

ZIPPER

Made with recycled polyester certified by Global Recycled Standard. The metal parts are polished with an eco galvanic lacquering.

OUTER SOLE

Crafted from naturally tanned cow leather, reinforced with TPU in the front, to create a long lasting sole.

INNER SOLE

Made with 60% recycled material, and recycled latex for the support foam in the front. The carbon from production is 100% recycled.

PACKAGING

Mary Rey comes in a special wooden box, normally used for wine. It is certified by Fitok and you can save it and enjoy it for long time!

LEATHER LINING

The lining of the shoes is also treated with natural metal-free tanning, but in a soft beige colour.

Introducing our new shoe box! The inside is recycled paper, while the outside layer is made from almond peels, a by-product of the almond industry in South Italy.

Kathryn's goal is to innovate the construction industry and create sustainable alternatives to commonly used materials.

The shoe is named after Mary Reynolds, who is a gardener and landscape designer. She was the youngest contestant to win the gold medal in the Chelsea Flower Show in 2002.

Her ideology is to design with respect for nature, and promote how we can work in harmony with our planet. She sees humans as guardians of the planet, the ones who need to care for the earth.
