Are you a social media savvy, who feels comfortable on almost any platform and has a flair for innovation? You might be the one we need!

THE ROLE:

You will help us take our social media profiles from amazing to fantastic, and brainstorm new ways to engage with our community. For that, you will need creativity, structure and tons of attention to detail.

You will also help our development on platforms we want to be more present on - what should be our look, tone of voice, content strategy.

This role requires equal doses of creativity and analytical skills. You’ll have the freedom to brainstorm and pitch ideas, but should also feel comfortable with doing the research and bringing data insights to the discussion. We believe nothing is ever “perfect” - we constantly aim to improve, which means you’ll need a critical eye and desire to evolve past the “done” checkmark.

Are you passionate about aesthetic design and have attention to detail? Do you love to draw by hand? This might be for you!

THE ROLE:

In this role you will help with design, take notes, help with prototype and sample comments, as well as help with small tasks in collaboration with the team. If you’re into design but at the same time want to be a rebel and take part of creating amazing products, then this position will be perfect for you! The Store Manager leads Roccamore’s first flagship location in Norway and manages the Talent, Operations, Customer Service and P&L of our first store outside of our home market.

Our shoes are handmade in Italy and are scientifically proven to be up to 44% more comfortable than regular high heels due to our construction and design methods.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Store Manager you will play a key role in driving our mission and values in the Norwegian market and in many cases you will be the first impression for our future clients. You will continuously develop and adjust tactical and operational execution to best facilitate our messaging and to deliver the commercial goals for the flagship store.
